Dear sir,
i wish to know the cost estimation to start a dairy farm with 100 buffalos and cows on an estimated daily production of minimum 500 Lts per Day.
Please let me know the cost estimation for Milking Machines, Milk Cooling Machines and Butter and cheese making machines.

Download free, bankable dairy farm project report
Instructions for downloading online Project Report:-
1. Visit the site through above-mentioned link.
2. For 2-20 cows, select "Small-scale"
3. For 20-500 cows, select, "Large-scale"
4. Fill in the form clearly. In numeric fields, do not enter additional data like 'Rs' 'lit' '%' 'years' etc.
5. Press TAB to easily shift to the next field.
6. Press 'down arrow' in each field to automatically enter previously submitted information.
7. Click on 'Submit' at the end of the form.
8. Wait till the message 'Please click on view Project Report' appears.
9. Click on 'View Project Report' link at the top of the page.
10. Click on 'Download as PDF' link at the bottom of the Report page to save Project Report.

hello sir i am new member to this community
i am new to agri business
i need information regarding dairy farm (100 buffaloes) daily milk upto 500 ltrs
basic information like which buffaloes to buy,and how to buy where to buy,and some information regarding how many days the buffaloe will give milk and what will be the average maintanance cost of each buffaloe(at the time of lactating) and at the time of delivery when the buffaloe doesnot give milk,and are there any dairy farms in and around hyderabad to have a look,please guide me

As a Dairy consultant, where would you buy HF or Gir Cows in India ? I was reading an article about the declining breed due to lack of insemination programs,etc. Even the Gir cow has been enhanced in Brazil but it has been neglected in India, its country of origin.
Does the central government , state governments or pvt sector have any breed enhancement programs for HF and Gir cows or is there a formal market place for such cows with good history tracking.
Your response would be greatly helpful to all on this thread.
