Dairy Farm starting

I have land in UP but not from farming background. - Want to start dairy farming with 10 cows or buffalos.

Please suggest the follow:

Cow is better or Buffalo
How much cost to buy each good milking animal.
How much expense to maintain per animal per month.
How much milk average can get per animal per month.

Finally how much profit can I get per month with 10 animals.
