We are looking for resident dairy farm manager capable of handling 50 cows (present herdsize) for our Dairy farm located near BIDADI, RAMANAGAR DIST.

The Candidate should have prior knowledge of DAIRY FARMING. Fluency in Kannada language is a must. He should take complete responsibility of the farm and should be able to get the work from other labous. Caring for cows and calfs (live stock) is a must.

hi Ravi,

may be it is difficult to get farm manager even if u get they will not stand for longer time, who care and take responsibilities of dairy farm. To-day's generation do not understand the successive growth as well as the value of committment, belongingness and loyalty.

why managers, even our family members donot have such things. Infact, dairy farm expects and need all those irrespective of investments,knowledge facility and resources. It is very painful.

The understandable,interested, sensed work force team availability will be the major threat to dairy farm.
