Hi this is Ranjith Kumar stays in Electronic city
I m planning to lease my dairy farm located in kuppam, 100 kms ( 2Hours ) from Electronicity. 3 acres Land. Fully cultivated with 25 cow sheds and necessary equipment.
I am expecting lease around 1.2L per year

1) Dairy shed Size 3000sq Feet
a. Shed is constructed with metal pipes & cooling sheet,
b. Side wall are contracted with hollow blocks
c. Milking area is inside the shed
d. 25 cow can tie inside the shed

2) Water fesility
a. 1nos bore well with 400f depth 3inch water output with 12hp motor & automatic control panel,
b. lake is there near to our farm (600m distance)
c. Dripping system is installed for 2.5 Acres
d. 75000Ltr drinking water tank is avilable for cows

3) green Grass for cow
a. Maize 1 acre cultivated
b. Co4 1acre cultivated



4) Land Area details

a. 3.2acres avilable
b. 3000sq feet shed
c. 10X15feet office room or house
d. 5X10feet motor room or tools room

5) Machinary & equipments details

a. Double bucket Milking machine installed ,GEA make, per hour 10cows
b. TRP400 Cheff cutter,with 3Hp motor, 500kgs capacity,
c. grass cutting machine ( petrol oparated )
d. 3KV UPS is installed to milking machine
e. 360deg camera installed in the shed with wireless
f. 20nos silage plastic drums
