Consultancy required to start-up mushroom farming in Hosur

Hi,
I'm Interested in Mushroom farming at Hosur. I've a poultry shed can be converted into Mushroom farming.
Please suggest, how to start and what type of Mushroom will be suitable for Hosur weather. Also suggest in 2000 Square feet area how much we can yield per day.
