Mr. Murlalidharan and Mr.Ca Manoj Singh,

I would like to inform you that I am thinking to put cold storage unit for storing / preserving agriculture products. I am from Maharashtra and would like to put this facility near by Nasik. Mostly fruits and vegetables will be stored.
I need basic information before proceeding in this matter.

1) App. estimated cost of unit excluding land
a) For 1000 tons capacity
b) For 500 tons capacity.
2) How much square meters land is required for above two proposal
3) What type of licenses/ permissions required to be obtained from various
authorities.
4) What is the present subsidy for this project.
5) What are the terms and condition to get loan and subsidy
6) List of documents for approval of finance and project permission
7) What type of assistance you can provided Technical, licensing, financial approval etc.
8) Any other details you feel necessary to considered and you can be provide at this primary stage
9) Brief idea about consultancy charges.
