Good answer by hdashti, all in lighter vein! but actually both doesn't know ie, hdashti & poojprakash what is cloud computing?
I will give a brief answer, it is nothing but a kind of investment to the proposed business, which ultimately must not have to pay by the beneficiery.

Actually u all 3 doesnt know....cloud computing means..provisioning of hardware and software resources without actually buying it. just like electicity, gas.

Simple e.g. like, my application server, file server will be hosted at google co. they will charge me for the service they provide like accessing msoffice, oracle, sql etc.

Cloud computing is you have a PC on a Tv just need a Internet connection thats all Nothing more is required CPU etc.Just internet connection
