Cheapest Agricultural Land Available

Hi, I have taken an interest in organic farming and I am considering adopting this lifestyle. Is it possible to get agricultural land anywhere in Tamil Nadu or South India for between Rs10000-Rs20000 per acre. I think I would need possibly 5-10 acres. I would also appreciate any advice on what type of land regarding location, soil, water, main road access etc that I would get for this price.

Agriculture Land in cheyyar

I am having 2.9 acres in thiruvannamalai district cheyyar in neduperai village.
Land doesn't have road approach, if you can buy so more land around my plot you will get approach to panchayat road. Presently land is lying follow.
Villagers are expecting around 4 Lakhs to their land. I can also give at the same rate. Ph value is 7.5. Suited for rice etc.,. The plot is situated near marianullur tank on upper side.

Dear HARE KRISHNA

Your expection is good. I can able to get some lands on Lease for Rs. 20,000/- per Annum. But there won't be any Water is available. If it is O..k... pleae contact me.

I can arrange in the range of 1.5 to 2 lakhs per acre.
These are properties with clear title and with approach road (you need not pass thru others property)

where is this land you are talking about without any water? even ground water is not available?
