Hi Akshatha,

When you come through Ballal circle or Silk factory - NIE College, you will be reaching ring road junction.

From Ring road junction go straight towards SH-33(HDkote-Manandavadi Road).

In SH-33, after passing Chitravana resort, Pinjrapole take left turn (i.e. Udboor gate).

After passing Udboor,Murudaganahalli,Doora,Bidaragoodu,Kembal,Rampura,
you will be reaching Hullahalli, from there it is 6 km.

Totally from Mysooru ring road , it is 29 km.

Non-farmers can buy land through any one of the following legal options :

1.If your blood relatives are having farm land , then buying in their name first and later they are gifting it to you.

2.If your mother or grand mother / father or grand father were having / had farm lands in their name now / earlier,
then getting a certificate from a Tahshildar that you belonged to a farmer's family.

3.Applying for AC's permission, if your taxable income is less than 2 lac.

4.Final option - converting the land into residential status from agriculture.
