Cattle Fodder (Grass) Selling

Hi,

I am growing grass in my 10 acre land near Bangalore. I am using 2 acres grass for my own Dairy farm. I want to sell the rest 8 acres Grass. What is the price i can expect for this

We are a bangalore based sheep breeding farm and we source maize fodder for our sheep from nearby villages in and around harohalli off kanakapura road.can you please tell us what grass is this and how near is your farm to us.
