Dear Sri Saravanan, Capsicum can be cultivated in poly houses or shade nets throughout the year. The varieties are California wonder, Indr, Arka Basant, etc . California wonder come yield in 150 days (5 months) which gives 6-7 tons per acre.

We have to raise our own nursery or can plants can be procured from shade net nurseries. In the poly houses or shade nets ,100 x 15 cm raised beds can be prepared and with a spacing of 60 x 45 cm shall be given for each plant.

Drip system with ferti-gation shall be provided for easy management.

Plant protection measures are to be taken up.
