Does the caterpillar from the butterfly of The Swordgrass Brown (Tisiphone abeona) eat vegetables.
I'd hate to kill the butterfly if its caterpillars aint a vegie chomping pest.

G'day kirti,
i am asking about whether the caterpillars from these butterflies cause damage to home grown vegie plots(my own)

I can't find a picture of these caterpillars,so I can't easily decide if the butterflies are in fact only passing by or laying eggs.

They aren't prolific as is the cabbage moths so it's not easy to ascertain their goings on.

Do you have a link/site picture of the larvae?
