BOP Flowers and Long term Trees

Hi All...I am Rakesh. could anybody breif me about Bird of Paradise flowers..I want a make a farm near Hosur which is around 60 km from Bangalore...
what i all wanted to know is that
1. Is Bop farming a good business.
2. How much do i need to invest if i have to plant it for 4 acres.
3. Where to buy these seeds and where to sell these flowers.
4. How many months do i need to wait to get returns.
and if any other information you like to share with me, Plz do share.
and also plz let me know about the long term trees which gives consistent returns

Dear sir,
Hosur is grate for flower cultivation for that matter any flowers can be grown as bangalore is nearer to you.

BOP is wonder crop it is lost for 3 to 4 yrs depending on the maintance 10-12 flowers can be obtained. u can sell in kalasipalya market and some buyers visit yr farm it self, Plants are available in Bannerghatta road,deparment horticulture department cantact person Nataraj 09743555667 for plants Rs.25/plant.

As per your reply mail,
Do I need to replant the flower for every 3 to 4 years?
and How much time does the plant take to yield the flowers...

And also plz mention any tress that give good returns which can be planted in land where there is no water(depends only on the rainfall).
