Dear Sir,

We are a Energy Service Company (ESCO) accredited by Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), Ministry of Power, Government of India and actively involved in energy audit, energy efficiency and renewable energy projects since 1995.

Now we can render our services on turnkey basis for installation of biogas purification and its utilization plant like cooking, power generation & bottling for vehicular fuels. The industrial units like sugar, paper, biotech, distillery and any units having Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) can get very good revenue from their existing ETP by installing Biogas Purification Plant, for which we have mentioned some information on a typical plant capacity as below.

FAQ ABOUT ZMS BASED BIOGAS PURIFICATION PLANT
1. What quantity of water is required for 500M3/hr enrichment plant?

WATER IS NOT REQUIRED FOR ZMS SYSTEM. WATER IS REQUIRED ONLY FOR COMPRESSOR COOLING.

2. Whether any CHEMICALS will be required for the process. If YES, indicate it with quantity requirements with their cost.

ZINC CATALYST AND ACTIVATED CARBON ARE REQUIRED TO BE REPLACED ONCE IN A YEAR TO 2 YEARS. (DEPENDING UPON H2S CONTENTS IN GAS). PRESENTLY THE CHARGE OF THESE CHEMICALS WILL COST AROUND RS.2 LACS.

3. Is it necessary to replace (Charge again) Activated alumina and Zeolite Molecular Sieves (ZMS)? Please indicate the duration of charging.

ZMS AND ACTIVATED ALUMINA ARE REQUIRED TO BE REPLACED AFTER AROUND 5-6 YEARS.

4. What quantity of Activated alumina and Zeolite Molecular Sieves (ZMS) required per batch of charging and what is the cost.

ZMS 1200 KG AND ACTIVATED ALUMINA 600 KGS IS THE CHARGE QUANTITY. AS PER TODAYS PRICE, THE CHARGE WILL COST AROUND RS. 10.0 LACS

5. Is (Activated alumina and Zeolite Molecular Sieves (ZMS)) it available in the market and who are the suppliers?

ZMS AND ACTIVATED ALUMINA CAN BE SUPPLIED BY US.

6. What is the manpower required to operate the plant.

ONE OPERATOR IS ADEQUATE. EVEN THE OPERATOR NEED NOT BE PRESENT ALWAYS. THE PLANT IS PRACTICALLY OPERATORLESS.

we are getting around 1000kgs of cow/buffalo's dung everyday in our farm. want to set up a ideal, maintenace free bio-gas producing set up as well as min. 15 kva bio-genset which shall able to operate 3 hours morning and 3 hours evening. the place is in karnataka near uppinaangadi.

Free services for application on biogas project

Dear All,

We are a Energy Service Company (ESCO) accredited by Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), Government of India and emapnelled consultant for many State Governments.

We are going to MNRE, Delhi on 2nd week of August, 2012 for application of a Biomass power project. We will be at there for seven days upto 15th August. If any entrepreneure who had contacted us earlier for biogas project (Electricity Generation and Compressed Biogas) can get our services for application to MNRE, Delhi for approvals of the project for loan and subsidy on free of cost.

So we request you all to contact us with all required documents on or before 7th August, 2012. If any one interested for fresh DPR preparation then it should be before 2nd August, 2012. For fresh DPR preparation, the charges will be Rs.25000/- plus service tax @12.36%.

2. How does the enrichment process compare with high pressure water adsorption?

Dung Requirement for 500 cum per day Biogas plant

Dear Sir,

The cow dung requirement for 500 cum per day biogas plant will be 10 Ton per day. The quotation can be prepared if you will send your requirement with technical specification. We can prepare all the technical specification at the time of preparation of DPR.

However for your information the project cost will be Rs.80 lac to Rs.100 lacs for 500 cum per day biogas plant, purification and compression unit.

From 500 cum capacity plant you can get 225 kg of purified biogas (Equivalent of CNG/LPG) per day. If it will replace commercial / industrial LPG/ Petrol for Vehicles, then can be marketed upto Rs.60/- per kg.
