Bio gas purification & bottling plant

I have a dairy firm consist of 150 cow,every day i collect 3MT cow dung and produce biogas. Now i want to use developed technology in my firm.I am intend to setup bio gas bottling system plant and keep that biogas in cylinder ( LPG ).
1.Where can i get the biogas bottling technology?
2.How many cylinder (LPG 9 kg each) are produce from 3MT cow dung?
3.Total cost of purchasing the bio gas bottling technology and its setup cost?
 

Dear Friends,

Now we are able to render our consultancy services for setting up an energy efficient biogas digester with suitable pretreatment system and automation, Purification of H2S, Recovery of Carbon Dioxide, Enrichment of Biogas obtaining more than 97% methane and its bottling. Similarly we can also help to plantation of energy crop/ grass for biogas yielding.

There is no any market risk of this project as petrol and diesel prices go higher and higher. Also broadening the application of biogas has given a new cheaper, eco-friendly alternative and cost-effective compressed biogas (CBG).

As CBG being cheaper source of energy and with ever-rising cost of petroleum fuels it is a hot selling fuel and hence Ministry of Non Conventional Energy Source (MNES), Government of India giving subsidies which is varies from state to state. As MNES is concerned it is 30% at present for a limited period only. One can also avail a subsidy of Rs.100,000/- for preparation of DPR from MNRE. Regarding the Govt. subsidy and permission for commercial production and sale, you have to enquire from the NODAL Agency of MNES for your State.

There is no license for this plant, whereas as per Central Government “Guess Cylinders Rules” and “Explosive Act” permission is must. Such permission is for Manufacturing, Storage and for Sale.

The interested promoter should submit Detailed Project Report to MNRE/ State Designating Agency with following aspects:

1) Availability of raw materials and tie up (MOU document)/ willingness certification
2) Availability of land and tie up (Lease document)/ willingness certification
3) Organization type and structure like (Entrepreneur/ Proprietary/Private limited/ Entrepreneur/ Public limited/ Co-operative/ NGO etc.
4) Brief project description
5) Tie up with technology provider and equipment suppliers
6) Initial contribution in terms of finance, technology development, technical and equipment tie up by the promoter and user agency (mention separately).
7) Fulfilment of statutory requirements (like PCB clearance, environmental clearance/ safety)

We are offering our consultancy services for selection of the capacity of the plant according to raw materials, local conditions and the promoter’s resources. We can prepare Detailed Project Report (DPR) for obtaining Bank Loans, Subsidy and other formalities. To prepare Feasibility-cum-Detailed Project Report (FDPR) it is Rs.25,000/- plus service tax @12.36% and for turnkey project execution (Consultancy, Procurement of Machineries, Supervising during Erection and Commissioning, Trial Production, Training to your Personnel and After-sale-services for 1 year) is Rs.5,00,000/- plus service tax.
