Bio Gas Plant Setup

Dear Bio Gas experts,

I have started Dairy Farm construction in a village near Villupuram Town (Tamil Nadu State, India). Milking schedule will be started from April/May 2011. Begins with 8 animals and +80 as addition in every 6 months till 500 nos.

Also I am planning to construct a fermentation tank with a capacity of 1700 cft (approx. 15X10ft). Apart from the tank construction, could any expert give me an approximate cost to setup the remaining work for this Bio Gas plant.

Required setup Cost (approximate) for:-

Gas Purification process?
Gas Collection process?
Filling into Cylinder ?
Elecricity production using Gas Turbine ?
Maintenace cost ?
Manpower?

i have a 20 acre farm near secunderabad which houses a dairy farm with 21 murrah buffaloes. milking started in nov 2010. i want to set up a bio gas plant with 12.5 kv electricity generation. iintend adding up 50 more milching murrah buffalows from haryana by sep/oct 2011. my quries are!:-

3.how much gas reqd to be produced/day?
