Wanted Bhut Jolokia Seeds

Hi, I am Akhil from Kerala.
I need some Bhut Jolokia seeds. Could you please anybody help me

King chilli (Ghost chilli),botanical name “ Capsicum chinense” also known as Bhut Jolokia in Assamese, Naga Jolokia in Nagamese and U-morok in Manipuri, is extensively grown in the north- eastern region of India, predominantly in Assam, Manipur and Nagaland .
After Professor Paul Bostland of New Mexico State University found that this chilli has 1, 001, 304 Scoville Heat Units beating Red Savina Habanero, it was recognized as the world’s hottest pepper in the Guinness Book of World Records, 2007
Now new generation farmers of West Bengal are also growing Bhut Jolokia in poly houses .

In North-East and West Bengal Bhut Jolokia is mainly traded as fresh chilli for culinary purpose .
Rs 20.00 for 4-5 fresh fruits or 550-600 per kg .

Cultivation under poly house protect the crop from adverse weather conditions, onslaught of diseases and insect pests and helps to obtain yield 2-3 times more than that under open field situation. Controlled application of water and nutrients under protected structures is an added advantage.

.The plant is woody perennial semi shrub of 45 to 120 cm in height, with multiple stems. The fruit is sub-conical to conical in shape with smooth skin about 6 to 8.5 cm length and 2.5 to 3 cm of breadth.

The mature fruit may weigh up to about 5-9g with 19 to 34 seeds.

The crop prefers sandy loam or clay loam soil or laterite soil with rich in organic matter and Ph level of 5.5 – 6.0
The ideal time for sowing is December –January in open field . Seeds usually takes 10-15 days to germinate with a germination rate of 80-85 % . For 1 hectare 270-300 gms seed required .
King chilli requires about 5 months to reach the harvesting stage .
Approximately 50 mature plants yield about 5-6 kgs of fresh fruit every week for 3 months or 1.5 kg per plant for 3 months .

Average fresh fruit yield of Bhut Jolokaia is around 800 kgs -1 ton per hectare under rain fed open field cultivation , but in polyhouse average yield is approx 20 % higher .

Bhut jalokia having 85% moisture with a very soft texture . Fresh & Sun percentage is approximately 7.5-8.0 = 0.90-1 .0

Mother seed rate approx. Rs 5500-6000 for 100 gms .
