i want members advice in using a vacent piece of land in the outskirts of hyderabad.

i have about 500 sq.yards of land..

wanted to know if you could give me any advice.

Dear venkat,

You can opt for chicken retail shops. What you need is ventilated hygienic shed, small area to stock 100 live chicken, water facility, Chicken feather deplitator and 3 workers (if you wish to be a worker then 2 is enough).

If you already have a building or shed, with water facility, Initial investment would be around Rs. 10000/- or even less.

Remember that Chicken retailing shops get beautiful returns and that too immediate money in hand.

i can invest upto 2 lac rupees.

but the land is in the outskirts,

i cannot have a retail outlet there
since there is no public..
