It is a very rare opportunity to get this kind of land.
Price is 7 lakhs per acre. It is very reasonable.
Normally riverside lands will be sold for fancy price, but this one is too cheap.
Many a times the farmers in these places will not be ready to sell,
because they will be having access for unlimited water supply.

Till recently paddy was grown.
