Banana Plant Disease

Our banana plants are about 6 months old now. The new leaves which are emerging are getting tangled and not unfurling properly.

Some of the leaves are also turning yellow. Can anyone suggest what this disease might be and some organic remedies for this?

We did a soil sample analysis and these are the findings.
PH-6.4 Organic Carbon-0.15% Nitrogen 240Kg/ha Phosphorous-33kg/ha,Potash-370kg/ha, Calcium 1400mg/kg, Magnesuim-840mg/kg, Sulphur 4mg/kg, Zinc-0.3mg/kg, Copper-09.mg/kg, Iron-4.9mg/kg, Manganese-7.2mg/kg, Boron-4.7mg/kg.

Dear friend,

you picture image is not linked properly. Banana is a sensitive crop and 6 months is half life and now searching for remedies is too late.Any answering the querry even after seeing picture is of less utility commercially. you should also tell variety, soil, is it TC plant.

It is better you hire a horticulturist from day one if the holding exceeding 5 acres.
