Dear Concerned,

I have 4.5 acres of land near Arsikere (Hassan Dist., Karnataka). I'm planning for Chicken (Broiler), Sheep and Quail farming. Can you please suggest me whom to contact, what would be the approximate cost of sheds (for about 15,00 chicken, 300 sheep and about 5,000 Quail).

Does this require license? In addition, I need farmers who can work in this farm.

Hi, I am Anand from Gadag of Karnataka state. I am planning to start stall feeding for Rams or Male Goats. I have enough land to grow fodder for 100-200 animals. I wanted know if any body is providing contract farming in this segment, I mean to say, if they supply 3months Rams/Goats and we feed them for 6-7months and they buyback in market price or fixed price on weight basis. I am having stall fed goat and sheep farm, sorry I have no idea about contract farming.
