ALUMINIUM BUILDING HARDWARE
Detailed Project Report Contain all aspects of Aluminium building hardware Manufacturing Projects Project is According to the Current year . Including the Cost of Projects, Market Demand, Project Profitability and Feasibility.
Aluminium is most abundant metallic element is used on earth. Various section of aluminium is used in building are rods, wires, channel etc are the starting material for manufacturing these products, by a set of metal working operations like bending, drilling, grinding, welding etc. in small scale industries. Hinges are used for connecting doors. Windows/ventilator flaps to their respective frame in building. Tower bolts and door handles are used to opening and closing of doors in building. Housing is basic need of every person. Modern houses are built tastefully with the sophisticated building hardware and sanitary fittings. Aluminium alloys are more used in materials for producing building hardware. Aluminium alloy have a wide range of properties depending on purity of alloys. Building hardware like hinges, door handles are cover 10% of the total cost of production. Due to low weight, easy availability people prefer to use aluminium in construction of building. About 30% of total construction, aluminium hardware is used in India. However the manufacture of doors/windows have not developed their more units for catering to their demand for building hardware the industry requires to be equipped with the line of required machines and anodizing equipments along with skilled work force in construction of building. Construction industry is growing very fast, due to which there is a good scope for new entrants.
