Agro-land near Madanapalle in Chittoor district.

I am a resident of Hyderabad and about to retire in Dec. 2011. On my retirement, I wish to settle at a hill station near Madanapalle in Chittoor district and set up a rural residential school for young children, rural micro-credit and set up a community based dairy farm for the poor villagers, especically women and young girls. Can any one assist or guide me in identifying a suitable piece of agro-land?
