I am planning to sell my lease hold land plot of 3 acres in MIDC floriculture park at Talegaon, Pune. The site is just 10 km off last exit of the express way . Its a fully functional horticulture unit with 1.75 acres of polyhouses and colour capsicum and chrysanthemum plantation. One can build upto 4000 squ ft of a farm house too as I have used only 1000 squ ft for the office and packing room. Interested parties are welcome to visit the site for further discussion or write to me on this site. I would rather not have phone conversations in this matter. For a non agriculturalist ( read some one who does not have a 7/12) this is the best way to get into real agriculture. I still have 25 years lease that can be renewed as per the agreement.
