Looking for farming(Organic) purpose.
I am from BHEL, Near to Patancheru.
Any leads will be very helpful.

Basic Need:
Electricity & Bore.
Looking for something for some long duration and not for short.

Hi.
I am mohan, having a one and half acre farm near Vagamon the famous tourist location in Idukki dt.of Kerala.
Here I have tea, cardamom, coconut (just started yielding), mango, jack fruit, and other fruits like avocado, cherry, orange, lemon etc.
The land located beside tar road just 200m from a bus route and 900 m from the small town.
The land having two sides road accessible and having a small stream in one boundary with a falls of about 12 ft.
This farm is organic certified.
This farm is having a bore well.
A 1000 sq. feet 3 bed room residential building and a seperat building around 500 sft. with toilet and kitchen having commercial licence and electric connection.
We used to make hand made organic teas in farm. That is why I have commercial electric connection.
All title documents are clear and update.
This land is in a calm and peaceful area suitable for villas, home stays, resorts etc. If interested pls revert.
