Hello all, I deal into farm/agri lands in konkan, closer to mumbai and pune. Deal in lands specifically in areas of shriwardhan, mangaon, tala, mhasla . Farm lands in these areas are in huge demand due to farming or cashews, alphonso mangoes, coconuts, beetle nuts, and mostly for its scenic beauty of coastline attracting tourists in the region. This area is also good in terms of investment. People have already and are buying lands for personal use such as farm house, holiday home, and weekend visits to de-stress themselves on beaches. Other purpose of making investment in this region is of good appreciation and resale values for lands. Lands are in close proximity of prominent cities of pune and mumbai. People have also bought lands to do poultry farming and goat farming in these areas. Builders and developers have invested in lands and are coming up with farm plot projects. It depends on the location and proximity of the land from the National Highway 17. More closer to NH17 rates go high. Farm lands at a distance of 6-10 kms from the NH17, and remote area would be 6-10 lacs/acre depending on the type of land. 10-15 lakhs/acre at a distance of 3-6 km from National highway.
