We have 2.5 acre of Agri land which we want to give on lease. Land is on the slopes and have 200 mango trees out of which 60 are 5 to 7 years old and rest are 3 t 5 years old. We also have 200 teak wood trees planted along the boundry wall. Out of 2.5 acre 1.75 is cultivable and rest is rocky land on which Bamboo can be grown. Canal is just 100 meter away which draws water from Bira dam - Bhira power house. the water runs through 365 days. The land is in Konkan with ample amount of rains. Good for turmeric and pineapple as an intermediate crop.
