we have 500-1000 acre farm land plots in ratnagiri district which is available in 5 acre plots...each acre is for 2 lacs...i,e, 5 acre plot is for 10 lacs..if customer is not having farmer status which is necessary to purchase agri land then company can help out in getting that status for which customer has to pay 50000 RS extra. the land has vergin soil which is appropriate for growing rice,mangoes,kuttu ka attaa and cashews....company will also provide electricity and water connection but customer has to provide equipments for that.the exact location of land is on NH17 between poladpur and khed in tulshi village.
the distance from navi mumbai is 120km
