Hi,
There are various Agencies/ Departments/ Org. of Ministry of Agriculture, GoI; Ministry of Commerce, GoI; Ministry of Food Processind Industry; NABARD etc who provides Agril. Subsidies. Be specific what exactly you want to do.
Also, most of the people understand that subsidies are paid by Govt. initially, but I would like to clarify that Subsidies are linked to Banks, if anyone want to start some enterprise, he has to take bank loan and once loan amount is repayed than after that subsidy amount is released.

project location must be in tamilnadu,kerala,karnataka
