this 12 acres of land is situated in devrayapuram which is 20 -25 kms from coimbatore, bit outer but not far from the village ,there is no bore well or power connection(there is power in neighbors land since we are not in agriculture we didn't get it) and this consist of loose soil(manal) very much near by hill side can be used for farm house and other agri purposes like setting green house and all but cannot be used for real estate purpose.
we are giving out this land for cheap rate from the actual land value as there is no bore well or power.the actual price is 8-9 lk per acre but we are ready to give it for 5 lk (with 100% clear title) no where we can get a land around coimbatore in the radius of 20-30 kms in this price.
