about tree plantation on black cotton soil at Patna,Bihar

sir,
I want to know what type of tree, medicinal plants, flower or fruit producing plants can be planted at Patna. soil is black cotton or black cotton mixed with sand on rive or Ahar bank.

Dear Sir,
It is black cotton soil.as the name suggests it is suitable for cotton crop.other crops which grow in black cotton soil are potato,groundnut,sugarcane,soyabeen and wheat.

sir,

we do some type of tree plantations like redsander,Gmelina arborea subject to the availiablity of sufficent water drainage facility.If water logging will be there the tree saplings are become pershiable and wornout.Kindly try this as trial.
