Waste of energy

It is time the moderator vets messages before posting to ensure that all relevant details are available in a post rather than just deleting contact details. What will this type of incomplete ads serve...? No location, no price band...waste of time and webspace.

Where is the 800 acres land located? What is the expected price? What type of water source is there for irrigation of this land? Is the water source exisiting or it has to be made?
