7/12 Extract

We was farmer around 3 generation back and as such no 7/12 absatrct on our name we had sold out the land or leased it . Now we need to brought the agircultural land and digging out the old documents but we are facing difficulties in that . Is there any way to get 7/12 extract around 80-100 yrs back and if we wants to procure land how it is possible can we move ahead in procurement

Simialrly can we procure agricltural land Jointly with other relative family having 7/12 Extract with them
