regarding the land

dear members i have personelly visited the land in saturday but the land according to me is not valued that much as it has no road untill the property have to lay thar road for 1.5 kms also too slope but has a river at the back but no pleasant temperature .... still needs 2 hrs travel from dindugal ......... sorry folks i have say the truth so it could guide few others (spend 2000 rs in deisel and 1 whole day waste)
