5 acres land in Panvel for Agri Business partnership

hi,

I have 5 acres land in Panvel ( 7 kms interior from Panvel St stand and train station).

This land has borewell water for 10 months, but is very dry in April and May.

Land features:
-5 acres fenced land
-Road access, 7 Kms from Panvel train station and ST stand.
-Two borewells
-Table top on a small hillock, rest of land is sloping
-About 200 trees planted, fruits and shade.
-Enough water for 10 months, very dry and almost no water
in April / May
-Idle land, no structures.

Proposal:
I can rent the land to you if you have an agri business.
or
I can partner with you if you want to use this land for agri business.
