We can buy for rs.300000, 300 acres single stretch with lemon,coffee,timber trees, part are unused.Ground water is good and a river is there.
Only we could go by two wheeler but 13 feet road is there, we have to work that spending 3-4 lakhs for 4 wheeler transport, if so the road will connect to dindigul byepass road.
All estates here bought like this and worked good, now those are rs.1200000 to rs.3000000 per acre.
We can buy from 30-40 acres and extend later.
If anybody want to build an estate here, it will suit your needs, if you pay me 10% from yearly profit, I can manage from.land purchase to yearly yield to sales.
