I read your details. I am from kerala and from Trivandrum. Actually i am looking into to start a diary farm and how i can start for producing milk. Ofcourse i can buy cows . after taking milk what are the other process if we need to pack in either bottles or plastic covers and what are the machines we have to buy for the processing. Includiong Ghee and cured etc.
