Are there any crops being cultivated in the land at present?
It's plain red soil land now. Nothing cultivated but you can do long, short, middle cultivation there.

How far is it from the NH?
From NH-4, 20 kms inside towards East.

Is the price negotiable if 200 acres is purchased?
YES, it's possible but depends on your interest, seriousness.

Jagalur is 253 kms from Bangalore and Hiriyur is 160 kms from Bangalore. So, price will off course differ. From Hiriyur, Jagalur is 91.5 kms

We do negotiation with only those who visit the land, check papers, finally says that "I am interested and want to take land". There are some certain process to proceed. But I can try to do something for you.

Let me know how many acres you need.
