Please give the entire details of location etc. How far it is from Hyderabad and on which road it is located and what is the lease amount that you are expecting. I need to have a minimum of 25 years lease to construct greenhouses. Does it have enough electrical power? Need to have at least 30 Kva power on site preferably with own transformer as I want to use this area for commercial floriculture and speciality vegetabkle cultivation. Please let me have all the details so that we can sit and negotiate the rates and terms and conditions. Also is the land clear from any litigations etc and whether title documents are clear?
