i own a 16.5 acre plantation in konne village,bachannapet mandal,near jangaon warangal district,a.p
the plantation is protected with high security solar fence,has one quater for the owner and one quater for the servent[both the quaters has solar lights solar power], it has got very good underground water table and has got four borewells.
plantation involves 600 mango tree's ,350 chiku or sapota trees,220 guava trees,around 230 coconut trees, it has got 1300 burma teak trees,200 red sandal trees.
the plantation is properly irrigated with drip irrigation.
the estate also has a 15hp mahindra yuvraj tractor.
the estate also has a shed for sheep which can accomidate no less than 400 sheep and it also has a shed for buffalos which can accomidate 4 buffalo's.
the estate has also got 25kv transformer for power supply.
i have personally developed the estate with lot of intrest.
the title of the property is legally 100% perfect.
