please give the location -state/type of land/altitude/temperature details/rainfall details so that only relevant people can contact.Otherwise everybody sends information in incomplete fashion which is not useful.
As you are planning for herbal farm very hot places to be avoided. If you are not sure about the agronomical parameters you have to have a facilitator or consultant to help you.

Sir

We have the required amount of land in Erode district in Tamil Nadu. It is mostly of Red soil and little bit of clay but the water facility is not that abundant we depend on only the rains and there is lot of fluctuations in the rains for the past 10 years.If you are interested you can mail me........
