Question Colour Capsicum

I would like to explore cultivating Colour Capsicum. We have an acre of farm in Punganur (near Bangalore) which has climate similar to Bangalore. Is it possible to cultivate color Capsicum in open land? If not, would Shade net be sufficient? What would be the approximate cost (for 1 acre) - both initial capital cost as well as monthly recurring cost? What would be the approximate yield per acre? Is Bangalore a ready market for colour Capsicum?
