The details are as under:

The farm is 40 Kms from Bangalore on Mangalore National Highway. Roughly the driving time is 45 -60 minutes.
There is a house to stay
Fully fenced with gate
Borewell water with sufficient supply
Both agriculture and commercial power is available
Periphery we have teak / silver oak tress
In the centre, we have mango and coconut plantations
Area 3 Acres
Suitable for organic vegetables, medicinal plants etc.

Expected rent Rs. 30,000/- per month
Deposit Rs. 3 Lakhs
