You can get good guidance from agriculture department of ur state or, contact IIFT Thanjavur, CFTRI Mysore, they can guide you. Good project selected, maintain the best International quality standards if possible n you can succeed. Dont compromise in quality standards. Good luck

and where to Sell the produce?
how many such projections they supported till date? NONE!
