Im looking for a dry/waste land near Hosur, Denkanikotta area(krishnagiri dt) for Developing Forest Agriculture.
expected land price around 100000 to 200000 per Acer. Required 10 TO 20 Acers.

& also looking to purchase Government waste land (Paramboku land) from government if possible - can any one have ideas how to purchase Government waste land & how to identify is they are selling ....?

It will be difficult or impossible to get land in the specified rate in Denkanikotta as the land prices of even wasteland in this area is more than Rs. 5 Lakh/acre.
We can provide consultancy services for developing forest farm projects and lands in other locations suitable for it are available.
