We are producing Agarwood from CITES listed "Aquilaria Crassna" trees. These trees are not native to our country Sri Lanka. The seeds were imported from another country and planted these trees 3 to 4 years ago. But we do not have any record including person who imported these seeds, imported records or issued CITES permit at the time of seeds imported.

Can we still get the CITES export permit for Agarwood produced from these trees.

You mean to say you are in Sri Lanka?
you have planted Agarwood in Sri Lanka?
which were being imported (with record) smuggled (without record)!?
and you do not have any record?

well, if these are Correct,
no way you have proof to export them,
as you can not declare proof of authentication of belonging to you..
