Guide me what to do with my 4 Acres of empty land

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Myself Prem, I am self employed with other business.

Unfortunately my grand father expired where I received 8.29 acres of land, in that 04.29 acres of 320 coconut trees.

For a year my grand father was not able to concentrate on the coconut trees where 100 tress died.

When i first visited the land was like this

after i took the charge the farm is like this now

I am planning to remove all the 100 dead trees and planting new trees.

I humbly request to guide me what can i do in the rest of my 4.00 acres which is empty and the land between the coconut trees.

I have a well and two bore well, still the water scarcity is less.

Do guide me regarding this.
