Need suggestion / opnion to start-up Coconut Plantation

Helo.
I have a ten acre land. My soil is black amd I uave three borewells. I uave also installed a transformer to make sure the volrage is adequate for the borewells.
I have also got my complete land fenced as a protective measure.
I need advice if yhis is a good option to start a coconut plantation rather than a arecanut plantation??
