Need suggestions for milk distribution in Hyderabad.

Hello everyone we are having a diary farm and we are able to produce 400lts /day of pure buffalo milk.we are selling that milk to local diary plant at 35_42rs.we are located 150 Kms from hyd(3hrs of travelling time).So I am planning to collect the milk from other villages(about600lts) totally 1000lts and storing them in bulk coolers and transporting to hyd via refrigrated trucks &planning to sell (within 4 to 6hrs after milking) in hyd(kukatpally,gachibowli etc).Is it a good plan or not anyone plz provide me any suggestions.Tqq

Instead y you can prepare milk products such as MILK FRUIT DRINK and favoured CURD which will give twice to thrice profit and will have shelf life and sale will be brisk.
