I have been contacted by this website by phone especially to reply on this post, so i would definitely help you with the best advice.
See, pigs are more or less like humans. They get sick, they need love, nurture and care. Dont see the farm as a meat producing factory, instead see yourself in service of so many living creatures.
For opening a pig farm, you have to consider the following :
Clean area with farm waste disposal (be it a drain or a pit)
Medicine expertise and know how of common symptoms and diagnosis
Food procurement and its consumption (hotel waste / feed)
Drinking water for farm
And most importantly, a good and healthy breed. I know some people in this line who work very dedicated and produce excellent healthy breeds. You may contact me on 8800688010 to procure them.
